Program Description
Smile Creations by Dr. K’s SMS Alerts program provides subscribers with appointment reminders, office updates, service notifications, and exclusive promotional offers, including complimentary consultations and special offers related to dental treatments such as All-on-4 dental implants. Message frequency may vary based on user interaction and preferences.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message verifying your unsubscription. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Smile Creations by Dr. K thereafter.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may sign up again through our website, complete an in-office consent form, or text an available opt-in keyword (if provided). Upon re-enrollment, SMS communications will resume.
